Lauretta Bastian is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Registered Behaviour Analyst in Ontario (RBA), and Clinical Supervisor dedicated to helping children with autism and developmental differences thrive. With a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and years of hands-on clinical experience, Lauretta brings both expertise and heart to every family she serves.

Currently leading ABA programs across the Greater Toronto Area and Durham Region, Lauretta specializes in early intervention, parent coaching, and personalized in-home therapy that empowers families to see real, lasting progress. Her approach is rooted in compassion, clarity, and consistency, focusing not just on skill development but on creating joyful, connected learning experiences for every child.

She believes therapy should be meaningful, collaborative, and built on trust. That’s why Lauretta works closely with caregivers, educators, and therapists to ensure that each child’s learning goals are aligned with their strengths, values, and daily life.

From helping toddlers say their first words to guiding school-age children through emotional regulation and social skills, Lauretta’s mission is to help every child reach their fullest potential.

When she’s not supervising therapy or mentoring behavior therapists, you’ll find Lauretta enjoying time with her family, sipping coffee, or speaking at community events to raise awareness and understanding about autism.
